It's cheap, healthy and perfect for those who love sweet and tangy taste.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients: 2 servings&lt;br /&gt;6 ounces of raw seedless tamarind (you can find it at any Asian store)&lt;br /&gt;6 tbsp of sugar or more depending on your taste&lt;br /&gt;4 ounces of toasted peanut&lt;br /&gt;water and ice&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Directions:&lt;br /&gt;In a pan, add tamarind, sugar and 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil, keep stirring until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture looks like caramel. Cool off&lt;br /&gt;In each glass, pour in about half of the mixture.Add ice and stir well. You can also use soy milk or coconut or almond milk if lacto intolerance. I use coconut cream. Savoy coconut cream brand is the best.&lt;br /&gt;3/4 cup of ice cubes&lt;br /&gt;5 tbsp of sugar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Put avocado, milk, ice and sugar in a blender. Blend them until smooth.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Note: If you are a durian eater, you can add 1 tablespoon of durian in the mixture. It's a perfect combination.
